| 3 | depends on the density of the liquid and the atmosphere / gravity conditions. on one planet a glass could be half full whereas on another the pressure could be lower and the glass would be full. still on other atmospheres there could be extremely high pressure packing the liquid in the glass into a very small confined space and in such cases an untrained eye could say that the glass is empty. to fully specify my response I will need to know further details about the liquid in the water. (how dense is it, how dense is the air around it, what is the local gravity situation, etc. The glass's half full / half empty state depends completely on the atmosphere / environment in which the glass it is contained. hope this clears everything up. | Is the glass half full or half empty? |
