| 7 | I believed there was a witch who lived under my bed. I actually never looked under there to see, but I answered YES because I believed she was there. This was so strong for me that I would stand on the bed and jump so that her stringy arms couldn't reach out and grab me (she had to keep her body under her bed, but her arms could reach out). To get into bed I would take a running leap. This was such an intense feeling for me that even today I can not sleep with a limb hanging off the bed (those arms, you know, they can reach up too!). Now I sleep on a bed that is 3 1/2 feet off the ground and is built on a "dresser" so that there is no space under which to hide ... still, I wake up if my hand falls off the side. | When you were a kid, did you check under your bed if there were any monsters before you went to sleep? |
