| 3 | I heard Vancouver's really expensive, (like we're talking millions easily for a downtown property, especially since the waterfront was developed). Toronto's pretty decent, you can hope to find a small house in the city for less than half a mill. I am personally looking to eventually own a Harbourfront condo; I set my price for 200k for one bedroom but it's likely not going to happen. Montreal's a bit cheaper than Toronto but not much. I watch a lot of house-buying/selling shows so that's where I get my figures.
