I think it would be a wonderful tribute to Otter's memory if we all made an effort each week to reach out personally to one person in our lives we may be taking for granted. Tell someone you love that you think they are great. Send a nice email to someone you've lost touch with and tell them you miss them. Compliment someone sincerely.
