Forum: General Topic: Hypothyroidism Author Message EyesOfCharisma #7 posted November 18, 2009 at 6:59pm (EST)   They gave me Levothyroxine. I have to take that every day for the rest of my life.... I really wish I would have caught this sooner... I have gained SO much weight it isn't even funny... blah. Hopefully some of the weight starts coming off easier than it is now.

I (over the last year and a half) have put on so much weight, I have been so depressed, so lazy and tired... Well my doctor did some tests (because I told her I thought I had gout) LOL and it turns out I have Hypothyroidism... Just curious if anyone else has ever experienced this?
