I take a daily synthetic thyroid hormone. I felt the exact same way you were and once I realized I just wasn't a tired new mother and started taking the medication, I felt better within an hour! No kidding. Now if I miss it for a couple of days I notice it.

It comes, usually, as the second or third in a series of items, movies or songs. In order to be a prequel, it has to be something that explains or connects with an event that has already taken place. If it were to come first, it would be the initial thing. Although it ends up being so, it is not a prequel even if it is the first in a series.
